随着健康理念逐渐深入人心，生态办公环境更关注人与自然的关系，重视室内空气质量的把控和足够的自然光照，为低碳办公带来可能，有利于企业驻留人才，提高应变能力和抗风险能力。因此，为雇主营造一个有利于员工身心健康的生态办公环境迫在眉睫。

COVID-19 is making many of us rethink of work-life balance, put their well-being into higher priority. Many businesses are also repositioning themselves and striving to break through “normal” mind set.

As rising tide of health, it becomes even more necessary than ever to bring natural access, air quality, movement, nutrition, decentralization and trust into design process focus and create an evolving ecosystem for our workplace. This eco-future might generate more advantages on net-zero carbon footprint, become asset to greater talent pool, create business economic resilience needed to withstand the next crisis.
