都市总部大楼，位于上海西藏中路，建筑周边交通便捷发达，深入上海市中心腹地，坐拥26万平米人民广场绿地和23万平米延中绿地，周围历史文物古建筑、现代高端商场林立，热闹而不拥堵，繁华而不喧哗。
The Headquarters Building is located in the city's heart of Shanghai. There are 26000 square meters of the People's Square, 23000 square meters of the YanZhong green are, a lots of historical relics and modern high-end shopping malls around the Headquarters Building.Busy but not congested, booming but not unruly.
周遭大众运输工具便捷，地铁站及多线公交车皆位于步行距离内，减少86.24%独自开车通勤造成的碳排放和空气污染。
