"Digital natives" are taking over in enterprises, and offices need to freshen up, gaining flexibility since business operations are constantly evolving and have become more diverse. A workplace is no longer a place where employees work from nine to five but a place where they collaborate and interact. It's like a narrative body, and everyone in it is part of the story.

The planning and design of the future workplace need to pay more attention to the interaction between people and context. The insertion of multifunctional buffering areas among the essential areas will help embrace a hybrid office model with spaces suitable for future needs.
